About The Position

We place the individual at the heart of everything we do and tailor care to meet each client’s unique needs, preferences, and routines. We are currently looking for Care Professionals, Care Assistants, Carers and Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients across Loughborough and the wider Charnwood area. We are particularly looking for people who are available for: Live-in Carers, Waking Night Care - Every other Saturday support, and Hourly Morning and evening home care visits. Whether you are looking for regular care work, additional hours or a role providing more dedicated support to an individual, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
- Based in Charnwood or surrounding areas
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for community-based care
- Ability to obtain appropriate Class 1 Business Motor Insurance for work-related driving
- Flexible and reliable availability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Willingness to complete all required training
- Full right to work in the UK
- Digitally and technologically proficient
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.

Nice To Haves
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with mobility and medication prompts
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
- Support clients to maintain their independence and daily routines
- Provide attentive support during waking night shifts
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in a client's needs
- Maintain accurate care records and visit notes
- Work safely and follow company policies, safeguarding and health and safety procedures
- Attend required training, meetings and ongoing development sessions
