About The Position
Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Aides help clients with light housekeeping, personal activities, errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. The role offers pay from $18.75 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. Flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement are also offered. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of previous caregiver experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to insured and reliable transportation.
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
- Compliance with state background screening requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
