About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking caring and dependable caregivers and CNAs to provide essential daily support to seniors and adults with disabilities. Clients live throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships and helping clients feel more comfortable, confident, and independent. The employer offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, reliable hours, consistent clients, a supportive team environment, paid training, and ongoing support. Pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support client mobility and safe transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals for clients.
Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
Assist with activities of daily living.
