About The Position

Visiting Angels of the Upper Connecticut River Valley is seeking current or former caregivers with eldercare experience to provide compassionate support that helps clients remain in their homes. The service region includes Cheshire, Sullivan, and southern Grafton Counties in New Hampshire, as well as parts of Vermont from Brattleboro to White River Junction. The office serves communities including Springfield, Claremont, Brattleboro, Keene, and White River Junction.

The role involves assisting clients with personal care and everyday activities, including hygiene, light housekeeping and cooking, transportation to appointments and shops, and participation in engaging life activities. Daytime hours and flexible scheduling are available. Full-time and part-time schedules, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, are offered.

Requirements

• Home Care Aide experience, professionally or with a loved one, is preferred.
• Must have transportation.
• Must have a phone.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and locations.
