About The Position
Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an in-home caregiver near its Glendora location. Caregivers build meaningful relationships with clients, provide care in clients’ homes, and can develop their skills through the company’s free online learning university. The role offers a flexible schedule and a positive, supportive team environment. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and have a valid license and automobile insurance.
- Pass background checks and DMV checks, and provide a negative TB test.
- Be able to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures.
- Have at least one year of personal or professional caregiving experience.
- Have Home Care Aide (HCA) registration; assistance with the registration process is available if not already registered.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude.
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as walking, grooming, and bathing.
- Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities.
- Use the Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed.
