About The Position

A & T Moore Health Care is hiring Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support in Grand Prairie. Requirements

Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program or equivalent.
At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort updating digital care logs.
CPR certification or willingness to earn it within 30 days.
A genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for each client.
Hoyer experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Safely transfer clients and assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and mobility devices.
Change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean and free of hazards.
Provide timely medication reminders and record basic vitals or observations.
Read aloud, reminisce with clients, or guide simple chair exercises to support alertness and activity.
Document care notes and promptly share changes with an RN or Care Supervisor.
