About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Rochester Hills, MI. Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy

- Must pass background checks
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in home care or related field is a plus
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the supervisory staff or medical professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
- Help with housekeeping tasks like laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
