About The Position

We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care for seniors throughout King County. As a CNA or HCA, you will provide personalized care for seniors in their private homes as well as residents in Independent and Assisted Living communities.

Requirements

• Active CNA or HCA certification in good standing in Washington State
• Minimum of 1–2 years of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation for client visits (personal vehicle with clean driving record or access to public transit)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card
• Working smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and time tracking

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with seniors preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate one-on-one care and support
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and transportation to meals and activities according to each individual's care plan
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support through activities such as: Reading together, Playing games and cards, Listening to music, Engaging in meaningful conversations and hobbies that bring joy
