About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Attendants in Frains Lake, MI. This role involves providing essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and shopping errands.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
