KenCrest is hiring compassionate people to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their communities. This role offers flexible shifts during the day, afternoon, and early evening, with no overnights required. Some shifts are short, while others can be combined for a fuller schedule. In this role, you will help people build confidence, learn everyday skills, and access the community through activities like grocery shopping, library visits, or transportation to jobs and appointments. You will use your own car to provide occasional transportation, which is crucial for supporting someone's independence. KenCrest provides training and support, so no prior healthcare or direct care experience is necessary, only a caring attitude and a willingness to learn.
