TERI is seeking a Community Agriculture Direct Support Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through hands-on farming, animal care, vocational training, and community-based employment experiences. You'll work alongside participants in the field, helping them build practical job skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful connections within their community. The Community Agriculture Direct Support Professional serves as a mentor, coach, and hands-on instructor for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities participating in TERI's community agriculture and vocational programs. This role combines direct participant support with daily agricultural operations, including farming, animal care, harvesting, produce and egg preparation, CSA distribution, and community deliveries.
