The ideal candidate would reside within the Central Region of Indiana, which includes the following counties: Boone, Carroll, Clinton, Delaware, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Putnam, Shelby, Tippecanoe, and Tipton.
