About The Position

In this meaningful and dynamic role, the Care Manager Supervisor brings together direct client care and team leadership to make a lasting impact on the lives of Holocaust survivors. You’ll maintain an active caseload, providing compassionate, trauma-informed support that helps older adults live with dignity, independence, and connection. At the same time, you’ll mentor and guide a small team of Care Managers—offering clinical insight, support on complex cases, and day-to-day supervision to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. This is an opportunity to both deepen your clinical skills and grow as a leader, while contributing to a supportive team dedicated to serving a resilient and deserving community. This is a hybrid and flexible role as appropriate, with occasional programming outside of regular work hours.
