About The Position
A Holiday Retail Associate delivers Duluth Trading Company’s “Go for WOW!” standard of customer service by treating customers well and looking for opportunities to create special experiences. The associate builds familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service, making the customer the center of each interaction. The role also supports sales, store operations, merchandising, and maintaining a customer-ready environment. The listed compensation for this specific location is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour; compensation depends on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Build familiarity with the Duluth brand and comprehensive product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented customer service.
- Provide personalized service throughout customer interactions, from greeting customers to assisting in fitting rooms and at the register.
- Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
- Capture customer email addresses according to company standards.
- Respond proactively to customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.
- Answer telephone calls courteously, including providing store greetings and directions and receiving and filling customer orders.
- Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards and ensure the sales floor is customer-ready.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
- Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
