About The Position

Stonewall Kitchen is hiring part-time seasonal Holiday Experience Retail Associates for its York, Maine location. The role supports a festive holiday retail destination featuring gifts, treats, seasonal tastings, holiday activities, and experiences for guests of all ages. Associates help create a warm and memorable shopping experience, assist customers with finding gifts and Stonewall Kitchen products, support tastings and a seasonal beverage bar, help with activities and events, provide gift wrapping and packaging, maintain the holiday market, and assist with sales transactions. The season runs from November 7 through December 20, 2026. The schedule is Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, flexible, and ready to jump in.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience; experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, festive, and memorable shopping experience.
• Help customers discover unique holiday gifts, seasonal favorites, and Stonewall Kitchen products.
• Assist with holiday tastings, sampling, and the seasonal beverage bar.
• Support holiday activities, workshops, and special events.
• Help with gift wrapping, packaging, and personalized gifting.
• Keep the holiday market stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with sales transactions and other retail activities.
• Spread holiday cheer and help make every visit special.
