About The Position

Duluth Trading Company is hiring a seasonal Holiday Replenishment Specialist, also described as an Equipment Operator, at its Fulfillment Center in Belleville, Wisconsin. Compensation is $20.50 per hour, with applicable shift, weekend, and peak holiday premiums. Full-time hours are available for the season. The company provides in-house harness and forklift training, new-hire orientation, department trainers, and cross-training across warehouse departments. Work is onsite and based on in-person collaboration. Candidates may be able to start as soon as the week after a successful interview and background check. A drug screen and background check are required, as is authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Ability to reach above the head to lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Safely operate moving equipment to add or remove stock.
Restock primary picking bins accurately and efficiently from bulk locations using RF equipment.
Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment.
Perform duties in Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control, including cycle counting when necessary.
Put away returned merchandise in primary and special picking locations.
Work in other warehouse areas during downtime in replenishing and receiving.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Load and unload small vans and trailers up to 53 feet.
Raise lifts routinely to remove or add boxes and containers to racking systems up to 30 feet high.
