About The Position

Duluth Trading Company is hiring a Holiday Replenishment Specialist, working as an Equipment Operator at its Fulfillment Center in Belleville, Wisconsin. The role involves replenishing and receiving merchandise, moving stock with warehouse equipment, and supporting inventory control and other warehouse functions. Internal harness and forklift training is provided. Applicants must complete a drug screen and background check and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The position offers seasonal full-time hours at $20.50 per hour, with additional premiums for specified evening, overnight, weekend, and peak holiday shifts and dates. Weekday shifts are Monday through Thursday, 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.; weekend shifts are Friday through Sunday, 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Schedules may be flexible to start earlier or later. Work is based in person at the Belleville Fulfillment Center. Requirements

• Ability to reach above the head to lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Perform duties in the Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control departments, including cycle counting when necessary.
• Put away returned merchandise in primary and special picking locations.
• Load and unload small vans and trailers up to 53 feet long.
• Raise lifts routinely to add or remove boxes and containers from racking up to 30 feet high.
• Safely operate moving equipment to add or remove stock.
• Work in other warehouse areas during downtime in the replenishing and receiving areas.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
