As a Holiday Helper, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families, helping customers with moments throughout their parenting journey. The role involves assisting customers in a busy retail environment, supporting store operations, and helping maintain a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

A positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated customer service and customer engagement skills.
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Proactively resolve customer issues and balance the needs of multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
Welcome customers and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
Use omnichannel options as needed to meet customer needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
