Growing up in Philadelphia, Tim's mission was to bring the authentic Philly taste to Harrisburg. To this day, we are still slinging the area's best cheesesteaks under Tim's watchful eye. Responsibilities

Work at a fast pace, setting up and stocking stations to prepare us for service.
Food prep duties include chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
Construct hoagies to exact specifications, paying attention to detail to ensure the order goes out correctly every time.
Maintain a clean station and cooperate with your fellow cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Have a positive, professional attitude and be always willing to help out wherever you're needed.
