About The Position

The A&D Administrator engages various tasks driving projects and jobs which is expanding NECA business unit’s success in contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives. This individual plays an important role to support all related tasks in expanding business & maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of their business unit. This position reports to the General Manager, A & D. This is a entry level temporary full time position for 1 year.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in Freight Forwarding operation, regulations
  • Communication skills in English
  • Intermediate Excel and Power point skills to make analysis report
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and / or combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate different aspects of the marketing activities, which include analyzing data and statistics of NECA business.
  • Marketing to establish new business area in terms of Industry and geography.
  • Marketing for the expansion of NECA forwarding business in key target industries with new / existing customers.
  • Support creating new schemes, services, and tools for perishable and pharma industries to grow NECA business.
  • Support ensuring that freight operations are standardized and according to compliance nationwide.
  • Support Pricing team for preparation of analyzing data or tools for the negotiation with vendors.
  • Work with A&D GM and Quality team closely to track NECA company-wide KPI and its analysis.
  • Support freight operation team wherever required as project basis or task basis.
  • Support A&D GM for business development and administrative tasks.
  • Various other duties can be required from A&D GM.
