Your role: Optimizes field sales processes by applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement strategies, driving efficiency, and reducing waste to enhance overall performance, and ensuring that all processes are aligned with best practices. Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage and brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets, working under limited supervision. Conducts detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews within the assigned territory, providing comprehensive analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions, and recommending adjustments to improve sales outcomes.
