About The Position

The Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship – Enterprise Performance (Remote Fellowship) is a 12-week program designed for transitioning military members to leverage their professional experience and learn to transfer their skills to the corporate world. Fellows will immerse themselves in Deloitte's Enterprise Performance practice, gaining exposure to industry leaders and addressing complex client challenges. The program includes a Deloitte-designed learning experience to prepare participants for a client service environment, with integrated project shadowing. Upon successful completion, fellows may be considered for full-time roles. Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice focuses on serving federal, state, and local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions, by providing fresh perspectives to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine possibilities, and fulfill their mission promises. The Supply Chain & Network Operations offering within GPS advises, implements, and operates transformational solutions for world-class supply networks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics modernization, and/or supply chain risk management
Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government clients
Prior experience or interest in learning SAP or ServiceNow
Top Secret security clearance
