About The Position
Schwab’s Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program offers a 12-week opportunity to learn how Schwab supports clients with their trading and investing needs while delivering an exceptional client experience. Fellows work alongside experienced professionals, participate in role-specific learning and development, and gain exposure to the systems, processes, and service standards that support Schwab clients. Fellows receive appropriately scoped duties and responsibilities aligned with the Specialist, CS&S Trader Service role. The program assigns peer mentors and buddies and includes midpoint and closing feedback. It is a professional development opportunity intended to support a transition from military service to a civilian career.
