About The Position

The Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship – AI & Engineering (Remote Fellowship) is a 12-week program designed for transitioning military members to leverage their professional experience and learn to transfer their skills to the corporate world. Fellows will immerse themselves in Deloitte's AI & Engineering practice, gaining exposure to industry leaders and complex client challenges. The program includes a Deloitte-designed learning experience, project shadowing, and preparation for a client service environment. Upon successful completion, fellows may be considered for a full-time role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in application development or software development
Exposure to artificial intelligence through academic coursework, certifications, internships, or professional experience.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in Deloitte's AI & Engineering practice.
Gain exposure to the work of industry leaders as they address complex challenges for clients.
Participate in a 12-week fellowship program while remaining employed by the Military.
Engage in Deloitte-designed learning experiences to prepare for a client service environment.
Participate in project shadowing.
