The Hiring Manager will be responsible for various stages of recruitment, from prescreening applicants to partnering in interviews and making final hiring decisions. Additionally, this position involves attending job fairs, building relationships with employment agencies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The role also plays a part in employee development, conducting store visits, evaluating training progress, and partnering with the Training Team to develop and update training classes. A key aspect of this role is to maximize diversity and prepare store manager candidates for promotion.
