About The Position

FTK Hospitality DC is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at our upscale coastal restaurant in Baltimore, MD. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead a polished, guest-focused dining experience featuring an elevated seafood and coastal menu. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale, fine dining, or coastal/seafood restaurant concepts.
  • Proven experience in full P&L management, including food cost, beverage cost, labor, and forecasting.
  • Experience with wine and beverage programs is required.
  • Polished, guest-focused leadership style with an active floor presence.
  • Must currently reside in or near the Baltimore, MD market.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibilities, including revenue, labor, food and beverage costs, and budgeting.
  • Lead and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure elevated service standards.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and daily financial reporting.
  • Drive private dining and event revenue while enhancing community brand presence.
  • Partner with ownership on operational strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
