About The Position
Congruex is hosting an in-person hiring event in Ontario, California, for individuals interested in joining its team and supporting local digital infrastructure projects. The listed positions will support the company’s Dig and Maintenance contract by performing underground construction and maintenance work. Attendees should bring a copy of their resume and driver’s license. Salary will be determined based on skills and experience in relation to the role, as well as equity with employees in similar roles. Hiring conditions may include background checks and drug testing. Employment is at will; the description does not state that it is an employment contract.

Responsibilities
- Support the Dig and Maintenance contract by delivering underground construction and maintenance work.
