Requirements

• Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.
• Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Visible body art on the head, face, or neck is strictly prohibited.
• Tattoos elsewhere are allowed if they are not offensive, extreme, excessive, or depicting violence, and any non-compliant tattoos visible in uniform must be covered while on duty.
• Visible body piercing, including tongue, nose, or eyebrow piercing, is not acceptable for men or women while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Attend the hiring event on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Complete RSVP through Indeed Hiring Event.
• Submit an application through the Evans Hotels Careers site.
• Meet qualifications and shift availability for the position of interest.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.
• Stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain mandatory appearance standards, including proper grooming and uniform/attire.
• Keep hair (including facial hair) clean and well-groomed, natural looking, and worn in a professional style.
• Cover any visible tattoos that are not offensive, extreme, excessive, or depicting violence.
• Adhere to jewelry policy, with no visible body piercing other than ears.
• Ensure hair and hair color (including facial hair) are natural looking and worn in a professional style that keeps hair out of the face.
