We are looking for motivated individuals to fill various positions including Merchandiser, Merchandiser Lead, Warehouse Order Builder, Driver in Training, Driver Merchandiser, and Driver Non CDL. Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver License through the Heartland CDL Training Program for the Driver in Training position.
Pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities

Stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts.
Ensure that all beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for consumers to purchase our products.
Monitor product date codes and rotate our products to ensure the best quality and freshness.
Assist in the development of the merchandising staff by providing training and coaching.
Build customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
Drive and deliver pre-ordered product to assigned accounts on specified routes.
