About The Position
A welcoming healthcare facility about an hour from Garden City, KS, is seeking a full-time, permanent HIM Manager to join their growing team! Excellent benefits and competitive pay! This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule of Monday – Friday. The role involves overseeing daily Health Information Management operations, including medical records management and release of information (ROI). It also includes supervising and supporting HIM staff, with workflow oversight, training, and performance management.
Requirements
- RHIT or RHIA certification
- 3 - 5+ years of HIM experience in a hospital setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing staff or HIM workflows
Responsibilities
