About The Position
A welcoming healthcare facility about an hour from Garden City, KS, is seeking a full-time, permanent HIM Manager to join their growing team! This role offers excellent benefits and competitive pay. The HIM Manager will oversee daily Health Information Management operations, including medical records management and release of information (ROI). Additionally, the manager will supervise and support HIM staff, including workflow oversight, training, and performance management.
Requirements
- RHIT or RHIA certification
- 3 - 5+ years of HIM experience in a hospital setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing staff or HIM workflows
