About The Position

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8-4:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a remote position. To be eligible to work remotely, you must be in an approved remote work state for UW Health.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years relevant experience in healthcare related field

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree in a healthcare related field
• Two (2) or more years lead level or trainer experience
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reporting and scheduling duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff shifts to adapt to fluctuating volumes and optimize efficiency.
• Implement workflow enhancements to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Provide valuable support for various projects and testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
