About The Position

Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is seeking an enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead weekly, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes in or around Apopka, Florida. Classes are held in a premium community environment and typically include 3–5 or more residents. The primary class is at 4555 Grove Springs Cir, Apopka, FL 32712, on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m., starting 11/1. Class formats may include HIIT, toning, and circuit training.

Instructors earn $40 per 45-minute class, with the potential for additional classes depending on availability and proximity. Scheduling is flexible, and instructors have creative control over class design and teaching style. Torch Fitness provides personalized coaching and handles marketing, community engagement, and logistics. Instructors guide safe, inclusive, and enjoyable workouts, arrive early to prepare and welcome participants, use digital tools to clock in and track attendance, and represent Torch Fitness professionally.

Requirements

• Experience leading group fitness classes.
• CPR and AED certification (required).
• Be insured or willing to obtain liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Fitness certification or a relevant degree (preferred).
