About The Position

As a Fitness Instructor at Bellagio, you will elevate the guest experience by creating an energizing, welcoming environment and guiding guests through personalized fitness experiences. These experiences are designed to promote strength, movement, balance, and overall well-being. You will learn about each guest’s needs, fitness level, and goals to deliver engaging experiences that inspire confidence and leave a lasting impression. The position is in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the starting rate is $16.00 plus commission.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a fitness instructor.
• Certified Fitness Instructor Certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow directions thoroughly, multitask, understand guest service needs, work cohesively with coworkers, work with minimal supervision, and maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• Maintain working knowledge of fitness equipment in the fitness area and retail, and stay informed about current trends and techniques.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
