Our Highway Heavy Equipment Mechanic Supervisors directly minimize downtime, reduce outsourcing costs, and boost overall efficiency while planning and working within budget restraints. This dynamic role involves scheduling and executing routine maintenance, diagnosing urgent repairs, and implementing preventive diagnostics to extend asset lifespan and guarantee compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Additionally, the Highway Heavy Equipment Mechanic Supervisors leads a team of mechanics on a limited basis and coordinates daily work assignments to all shop personnel and reports problems to management as needed.
