About The Position

Milkco is seeking experienced Highlift Operators to work in its refrigerated shipping warehouse on 3rd shift. Forklift experience is strongly encouraged, though Milkco will train the right candidate. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Milkco, Inc. is a fluid milk plant that processes, bottles, and ships fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. Established in 1982 with 50 employees, the plant has grown to more than 250 employees. Compensation includes automatic 60-day and annual pay reviews, shift differentials, and refrigeration premiums. Employment is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, a criminal background check, and E-Verify screening.

Requirements

• Forklift experience is strongly encouraged.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening provided by Milkco.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass E-Verify screening.
• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player and able to contribute in a team atmosphere.
