About The Position

This is a temporary position where the individual will perform various tasks in the area/department for which they are reporting. The individual may be involved in routine or project work, data collection and entering, reviewing documents, or other various tasks as needed. Employees providing direct patient care must demonstrate competencies specific to the population served.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Promise-eligible and currently or previously enrolled in a degree- or certificate-seeking program or vocational school
  • Must be proficient in working with computers, fax machines and phone systems
  • Must also be organized and able to pay special attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to exchange information on factual matters, interact professionally with customers and employees throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various tasks in the area/department for which they are reporting.
  • Involved in routine or project work, data collection and entering, reviewing documents, or other various tasks as needed.
  • Technical Ability to work with end user software specifications, hardware requirements and process improvement workflows.
  • Ability to create system documentation, project plans, test scripts and education materials.
  • General familiarity of end user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support the applications in a healthcare delivery environment.
  • Excellent telephone presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Monitors and controls computer equipment and/or online applications according to daily shift schedule.
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
