The Recruiter – High Volume Manufacturing is responsible for executing high-volume recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified hourly talent for manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with plant leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure staffing levels meet production demands while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for hourly roles.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for large volumes of hourly roles across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, community outreach, and local partnerships.
  • Conduct proactive candidate engagement through job fairs, open houses, and local workforce programs.
  • Flawless data integrity in all ATS data entry.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track and report on key metrics.
  • Monitor and optimize cost-per-hire and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Partner with plant managers and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Create multi-faceted sourcing strategies to attract talent across multiple shifts.
  • Build relationships with local schools, workforce development agencies, and community organizations to create talent pipelines.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in manufacturing.
