About The Position

Are you passionate about engaging talent in a fast-paced environment? Our team is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Partner with a knack for full-cycle recruitment to identify and onboard exceptional talent across a variety of roles, including Sales, Field Operations, and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year (3+ years preferred) in high-volume recruitment, especially in Sales, Field Operations, and Contact Centers.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly hiring targets by attracting and securing top talent.
  • Utilize both creative and traditional sourcing strategies to find passive and active candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive journey for all candidates from initial contact to offer, optimizing each step for impact and efficiency.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to refine hiring processes and ensure alignment with our company values.
