The Opportunity USAA is seeking a dynamic and strategic Intermediate ‑Level High ‑Volume Recruiter who will join USAA’s Talent Acquisition team in Phoenix, AZ . In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. As a High-Volume Recruiter , you will bring a proven track record of success in high‑volume recruiting, with preferred experience in the insurance industry. This role goes beyond transactional recruiting—you will apply a consultative mindset, leverage a strong understanding of local labor market trends, and use data‑driven insights to inform and influence hiring strategies in partnership with business leaders. You will work within a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. In this position, you will be based in the Phoenix, AZ office location (1 Norterra Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085 ) Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
