High Tech Management Consultant
About The Position
Accenture is seeking a High Tech Management Consultant with a deep, balanced understanding of the Enterprise and Consumer Technology and Semiconductor industries. The consultant will apply knowledge of industry trends and best practices to help clients achieve strategic and operational objectives, build trusted client relationships, and develop team members. The role involves advising clients on AI and digital transformation, including applying AI to product innovation, personalized user experiences, intelligent edge solutions, IoT optimization, and advanced analytics. The consultant will develop strategic plans and actionable roadmaps, drive go-to-market strategies, and help clients address challenges such as market entry, ecosystem expansion, and operational efficiency through automation. The position may require travel up to 80%. Accenture lists location-dependent annual salary ranges across several U.S. states. The posting is anticipated to remain open until 12/11/2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the High Tech industry.
- At least 1 year of experience at a consulting firm.
Nice To Haves
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Strong client communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex and impactful client engagements.
- Experience delivering programs in at least one of these areas: platform transformations, cloud transformations, or large-scale functional transformations.
- Experience driving insights using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx, and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Operations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value Chain.
- Front-end planning or operations experience.
- Back-end planning or operations experience.
- Semiconductor equipment manufacturing planning or operations experience.
- PLM/PDM product management experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology.
- Join client execution teams and use industry best practices to inform recommendations.
- Contribute and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspectives with High Tech clients.
- Maintain client relationships and build trust to strengthen Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
- Support responses to RFPs and business development efforts.
- Mentor junior members of the High Tech Consulting team and prepare them for greater responsibility.
- Travel as needed, up to 80%.
