About The Position
Help make a difference where it matters most and empower students to thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support and empower high school students during the 2026–2027 school year in Easton, MD. Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to high school students in inclusive and self-contained classroom settings. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Adapt curriculum, instructional strategies, and accommodations to support student achievement, independence, and meaningful participation. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Maryland Special Education Teaching Certification
