Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid ELS Substitute License required
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting high school students in an educational, behavioral, or youth-services setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group academic, behavioral, and classroom support to high school students.
- Assist teachers in maintaining a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Support student engagement, classroom routines, transitions, and individualized student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to reinforce instructional goals and promote student success.
