About The Position

Brooke Charter Schools is seeking a High School Multilingual Learner Coordinator - ESL Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time role where the coordinator will manage ESL services and provide direct instruction to small groups of students. Key responsibilities include developing and tracking English language proficiency goals, coordinating and administering state-mandated ML identification assessments, managing redesignation assessments, monitoring Exiting Multilingual Learner (EML) students, and ensuring ML records comply with DESE regulations. The role also involves collaborating with teachers to ensure high-quality sheltered content instruction and sharing best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Valid Massachusetts ESL teaching license

Responsibilities

Coordinate ESL services and provide direct instruction to small groups of students.
