Duties may vary based on assignment and location of work (front desk, patient care, supply rooms, etc.). Student gains exposure to multiple clinical/hospital settings and roles within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Performs general administrative and clinical/hospital duties.
  • Utilizes software or equipment to compile healthcare data and support department initiatives or patient care.
  • Performs preparation, cleaning and restocking of patient areas.
  • Completes special duties as assigned, assisting with special events, initiatives or department projects.
  • Contributes to a safe work environment.
