About The Position

Match Charter Public School is seeking an Inclusion Aide for the 2026-2027 school year at its high school campus in Boston, MA. This role is dedicated to supporting the success of a student with disabilities by assisting with the implementation of their educational and therapeutic goals. The aide will provide support throughout the school day, including during instructional and non-instructional times. This position is a key part of the school team, offering an opportunity to foster an inclusive community, develop skills, and support a student's social-emotional growth and academic potential. The role involves building strong relationships with students to ensure they receive the necessary support to achieve their potential. This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary of $52,499, with potential for increase based on experience. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements

Prior experience working with students with disabilities
A deep belief that all students can and will succeed and have a willingness to do whatever it takes
An incredible amount of patience and willingness to go the extra mile
A desire to continually improve their practice as an educator by taking and implementing feedback
Demonstrate an ability to work well on a team, and a willingness to support others in doing their best work

Responsibilities

Provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the student’s educational and therapeutic needs.
Support the student during instructional times both in and out of the classroom.
Support the student during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times.
Develop deep relationships with students.
Leverage those relationships to ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential.
Foster an inclusive community.
Support student skill development and social-emotional growth.
