The Group Lead, reporting to the Program Coordinator, plays a vital role in creating and maintaining a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for students within Expanded Learning Opportunity Programs (ELO-P). Group Leads are responsible for leading small groups through recreational and educational activities that support academic growth, promote self-esteem, and align with ASES Grant requirements. They are expected to meet all qualifications outlined by district partners, grant guidelines, the California Quality Standards, and TCF expectations. As a High School Specialty Staff member for the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P), you will play a crucial role in supervising, designing, and implementing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for high school students. You will oversee students participating in enrichment activities, clubs, or seeking academic support at their high school. Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) High School Specialty Staff must meet qualifications as required by Stockton Unified School District Program, ASES Grant, and The Table Community Foundation (TCF).
