About The Position

The STEAD School is looking for more than a traditional teacher. We're seeking a passionate culture-builder, relationship-builder, collaborator, and educational innovator who wants to create meaningful, hands-on engineering experiences alongside students. The STEAD School is a public, independent charter high school in Reunion built around problem-driven, project-based learning and the connection between Science, Technology, Environment, Agriculture, and Design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering education, a related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience required.
• Mandatory background checks, including reviewing criminal records and fingerprinting.
• Verification of qualifications, including teaching credentials.
• Reference checks to validate professional history and qualifications.
• Adherence to Colorado Education Laws.

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience and state licensure preferred.
