About The Position
We are seeking a proven operator and project leader to help establish us as the preferred choice for custom luxury homes in Northern Utah. This role is central to our company's defining moment as we aim to raise the bar again after 50 years of building a strong reputation. We are looking for someone who can bring the leadership, discipline, and execution required to scale our operations to a higher level, with higher expectations and zero tolerance for mediocrity. Success in this role means predictable, well-run projects with strong financial performance, high-end execution without breakdowns, and clients who trust the process completely. You will own the client experience, project schedule, financial outcome, quality of execution, and team accountability. This is a demanding role requiring detailed communication, navigating complexity, and performing under pressure.
Requirements
- 5+ years in custom residential construction or remodeling
- Strong understanding of building science
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
