Requirements
- Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of luxury or high-end retail security experience
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain alert
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong, visible, and professional security presence
- Engage with clients in a confident, respectful, and approachable manner
- Covering lunches and breaks at sister location
- Monitor the environment to identify and prevent potential risks
- Support loss prevention while preserving the in-store experience
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or disruptions
- Enforce policies with consistency and professionalism
- Complete accurate and timely reports
- Maintain a sharp, clean, and on-brand appearance
